It is a nice picture. But being a chess player, I find this picture insulting.
1. A chess board is 8x8 squares, NOT 13x6. 2. You cannot win if you have only the king left. If both sides have only one king left, it's a draw, no matter how "brilliant" mr. Little Finger is. If he had a king and a rook against a king, on the other hand, winning would be child's play. The next time you want to draw someone brilliant at chess, I recommend using famous mates like the final position from Rubinstein's Immortal: [link]
Oh, thanks! ^^ I love Littlefinger too, he's a very interesting character. If you browse my gallery you'll see another picture of him that I did recently. It's him and Sansa, maybe you'll like it ^^. Right now I'm working on a portrait of him as a child. I just love him too much!
Same here. I hate Littlefinger , but I admire him too. He's always two steps ahead of everyone. He is so quick and smart that you can't help the feeling that he is winning, no matter what you do. I really think we will never see the crows devouring him. We'll see him devouring them!!
I love the simple setting of the scene... He is very close to what I've imagined him to look like. I drew him too, but I've improved in the meantime and don't like that drawing so much now... But good God, I hope he won't always win
